Chubb Trail

Summary: Chubb Trail is one of the best mountain biking trails in the country.  It's no wonder, then, why trail runners love this trail. It's around 6.5 miles long one way so round trip is around 13 miles. Probably the biggest feature of this trail is the rather large hill (~400 ft gain).

Distance: ~13 m.

Difficulty: Difficult to "Why am I doing this?"

Maps/Location: There are actually two different traiheads for this trail.  It's an out and back trail with the out of either way ending up at a trailhead.  One of the trailheads is located just outside the Lone Elk State Park entrance.  The other end is located at the West Tyson County Park trailhead.

Below is a Google Map of the GPS Track for this trail.  You can navigate this map using the "navigation icons" at the top left or by dragging the map with your mouse.  By clicking on the "Pin" icon, you can get directions to the trail head.  Moving your mouse over the diamonds shows you at what mile that point is on the track.  Please wait, as the map may take a few seconds to load.
