Hawk Ridge Trail - Queeny Park

Summary: Queeny Park has several different trails with its longest one being the Hawk Ridge Trail at ~4 miles.  It is about 1/3 paved with the rest being mostly gravel.  Elevation was somewhat challenging with a few nice, short ascents.  The Hawk Ridge Trail actually goes on the perimeter of the park and runs from areas that are open to wooded.  You'll run by several houses and an open field that has horse jumps or something of that nature.  Overall, it was a nice run that made me feel good about how far I've come in my hill tackling.

Distance: ~4 mi. Could certainly be more if you did a combination of other trails in the Park.  Check out trail map below.

Difficulty: Easy to Moderate.  Nothing too difficult here other than a couple of ascents that'll get your heart rate up.
